the idea that …
the idea that rubbing your wrists together will “bruise” the perfume is complete BS.
Perfume contains volatile oils which will dissipate faster in heat. However, When most people rub their wrists together, there isnt going to be enough friction generated to get hot enough to change the scent.

I think the “musty earth smell” in M is from the patchouli.
